Win Enterprises, LLC is a training, coaching, and consulting company that specializes in defining and executing business strategy through a Strategic Goal Deployment™ (SGD™) process.  Our favorite client is a manufacturing company between $100 - 500 million in revenue.  That said, we’ve recently worked with companies that range from an $8 million portfolio company of a private equity firm to an $800 million multi-division manufacturing company.  Beyond this, Pete Winiarski has broad management and consulting experience for Fortune 500 clients (see “Pete’s Biography”)

To properly define strategy, we conduct a diagnostic of the business issues and identify the critical imperatives that will drive transformational results in terms of financial and operational goals, and customer & employee satisfaction.

Once the strategic goals are defined, we help to cascade them through the organization by creating metrics, targets, and action plans across all functional areas and at all levels to ensure priorities are aligned.

Executing the action plans takes many forms, from "Breakthrough" projects, to kaizen events, to management and team workshops, to six sigma deployments.

Sustainability is more than creating the right Value Delivery System – we believe that the management systems and cultural elements within an organization are equally important.  We have found that companies may have the "technical answer" of what its value delivery system should look like, but may not be able to execute or sustain improvements.  For this reason, we also will diagnose issues and facilitate remedies in these areas to help manage the change process and ensure sustainability.
