- Deep lean expert with ability to analyze and design a production system and then lead implementation across all dimensions. Proven ability to apply the same thinking and approach across a variety of industries and situations (e.g. not just high voulme, discrete part manufacturing).
- Solid business problem solver who has led consulting engagements for a variety of client situations. Has a history of supporting and developing consulting team resources as well as client team members and executives.
- Experienced executive coach or results coach who can help client break through outer and inner barriers by pulling from their personal experience and using cutting edge tools, such as Neuro-Linguistic Programming. Is also skilled in using a number of "Conscious Leadership" and "Winning Team" principles to help client leaders leverage and develop their teams.
- All Win Enterprises resources must have a passion for learning and personal development, and become conversant in all elements of the Win Holistic Transformation Model™. They are also great communicators (written and verbal) and world-class presenters and workshop leaders.
