Founder and President, Pete Winiarski

Pete Winiarski is a visionary leader who created the Win Holistic Transformation Model™ based on years of working with some of the best transformational companies. He had influential leadership roles at: The Wiremold Company (the best recognized “Full Company Transformations” in the world, reinforced in many books) Danaher (whose “DBS” methodology has continually kept its performance ahead of its peer group) McKinsey and Company (the most prestigious large firm in the consulting industry) All of these companies had a strong set of values, clear purpose, and excellent processes to deliver results; all also strongly influenced the Win approach.

Pete’s Life-long study of Continuous Improvement and Principles of Success and Goal Achievement has led him to form relationships with a number of world-recognized mentors. Pete has learned directly from Dr. W. Edwards Deming (Deming Management, PDCA), a number of ex-Toyota experts (Pete was trained in Japan and in the U.S. in the Toyota Production System, Kaizen, etc), and Jack Canfield (The Success Principles, founder of the Transformational Leader Council, etc) among others. In addition to all these experiences, Pete is a Certified Professional Success Coach and Neuro Linguistic Programming Practitioner. The Win approach also uniquely applies thinking shaped by these experiences.

Building on a strong academic background with a Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering and a Masters of Business Administration, all these experiences combine to create interesting perspectives of how to transform a business’ results. These perspectives have come together into what Win Enterprises believes to be the most effective way for a business to achieve and sustain its results.
